Delete Your Account or Data


Permanently delete your Aalayam account and personal data. You can also do this in the app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.



What is deleted

  • • Name & profile information
  • • Email address & phone number
  • • Saved delivery addresses
  • • Reminders, pinned items, liked articles
  • • Login credentials (login is disabled)

What may be retained

To meet legal, tax, pharmacy and healthcare obligations, we retain the following in anonymized form (no longer linked to your identity), only for the legally required period:


  • • Order & transaction records
  • • Invoices and audit logs
